Chef Series “Flavours of the Forest”

The Rideau Club is pleased to announce the launch of our new Chef Series.
Join Executive Chef Eric Meloche and the Rideau Club Culinary team for an interactive evening of gastronomy. Each event will follow a unique theme and combine cooking demonstrations with a 3-course tasting menu.
Our first event “Flavours of the Forest” features foraged items such as wild leeks, morel mushrooms, and wild garlic, all paired with locally sourced game and fresh seafood.
