Samantha Perry

Communications Coordinator and Member Experience Specialist

Originally from Toronto, Samantha moved to Ottawa in 2017 to study in French and fell in love with the seasonal charm, and ambition of the city.

A recent graduate from the University of Ottawa with an Honours BA in Communications, she has always enjoyed writing, public speaking, and media marketing. These passions inspired her to get involved in the world of theatre, and she now very much enjoys acting in and attending local productions, and reading any play recommended to her.

Samantha has worked for the Assistant Deputy Minister of Finance in media monitoring and report writing, devised a national recruitment plan for bilingual border service officers for the Canada Border Services Agency, and previously worked with the University of Ottawa marketing team to design and promote several campaigns related to mental health, career development, volunteering, and campus events.

She will be stepping into the role previously held by Aurélie Lundja while she is on maternity leave and is delighted to be joining the team!

When not working, she loves to bake, go camping and swimming, and endeavors to write a new play.
